Terms of Business

These terms set out how we work together when you plan travel with Atlas&Co. They are written to be clear and fair, not to bury you in small print.

Our role

Atlas&Co. is a travel concierge. We design bespoke itineraries and arrange travel on your behalf with third party suppliers such as hotels, airlines and local operators. Your contract for each travel service is with the relevant supplier, and their own booking conditions will apply alongside these terms.

Enquiries and quotes

An enquiry is the start of a conversation, not a booking. Any itinerary or guide price we share is a proposal and is subject to availability and confirmation until you have agreed to proceed and any required payment has been made.

Payments

Where a trip is confirmed, payment terms and any deposits will be set out clearly in writing before you commit. Prices can be affected by availability, exchange rates and supplier terms, and we will always be transparent about this.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed arrangement, supplier conditions will apply and we will help you navigate them. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.

Financial protection

Where your itinerary includes flights or packages that require financial protection, we will tell you what protection applies and how it is provided before you book.

Liability

We take great care in selecting our partners, but as your travel arrangements are delivered by third party suppliers, our responsibility is for the planning and concierge service we provide. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
