At Atlas&Co. we take the privacy of every traveller seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it, in plain language.

Who we are

Atlas&Co. Travel Concierge ("we", "us") is a luxury travel planning service. For any privacy question, write to us at carly@atlasandcotravel.co.uk.

What we collect

When you make an enquiry or subscribe to our journal, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number and the travel details you choose to share, such as destinations, dates, budget and preferences. We only ask for what we genuinely need to shape your journey.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, design and cost a bespoke itinerary, arrange the elements of your trip with our trusted partners, and, where you have agreed, send you occasional travel ideas. We do not sell your data, ever.

Lawful basis

We process your details on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and providing the service you have asked for. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

To plan your travel we may share relevant details with carefully selected suppliers, such as hotels, ground operators and airlines. We share only what is necessary, and only to deliver your trip.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to plan and support your travel, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then remove it securely.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email carly@atlasandcotravel.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
