How we work.
What does Atlas&Co. actually do?
We are a travel concierge. We design and arrange bespoke journeys from end to end, choosing the stays, shaping the routing and handling the detail, so that planning feels calm and the journey feels effortless. You can read the full rhythm of it on our how it works page.
How is working with you different from booking online?
There is no portal to navigate and no holiday pulled from a shelf. You have a conversation, a considered proposal and a single team who knows your journey from the first idea to the morning you arrive home.
Do you only plan luxury travel?
We plan considered travel, which usually means beautiful hotels and thoughtful detail rather than the loudest names. Our focus is getting the feeling right, whatever the scale of the journey.
Can I be involved in the planning, or do you handle everything?
Either, and anything in between. Some travellers share a brief and leave the rest to us, others enjoy shaping every choice. We move at whatever pace and level of involvement suits you.

How are your fees structured?
We are clear about how we are paid from the outset, before anything is confirmed, and there are no hidden costs. Once we understand the shape of your journey we will explain it plainly, so you always know where you stand.
Will my journey cost more because I plan it with you?
Our role is to act in your interest and to be straightforward about everything. We are open about how we work from the first conversation, with no surprises along the way.
How and when do I pay for a trip?
Once a journey is confirmed we will set out the arrangements clearly and in writing. You will always know what is due and when before anything is committed.
Peace of mind
Financial protection.
Is my money financially protected?
Yes. We arrange travel through trusted, financially protected channels, and your arrangements are covered by the appropriate ABTA and ATOL protections where they apply. We will confirm exactly how your particular journey is protected before you book.
What do ABTA and ATOL mean for me?
They are long-standing schemes that protect travellers in the United Kingdom, giving you reassurance and recourse should something go wrong. We will explain which protections apply to your journey in plain language.
Do I need travel insurance as well?
We always recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey, in place from the moment you book. We are happy to talk through what good cover looks like for the trip you are planning.

How long does it take to plan a journey?
It depends on the trip and how far ahead you are looking. Some journeys come together in a week, others are shaped slowly over many months. The earlier we begin, the more of the very best stays we can hold for you.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
As early as you comfortably can, particularly for popular seasons and the most sought-after rooms. That said, we can often work to shorter timelines, so it is always worth asking.
Which parts of the world do you cover?
From the Mediterranean to East Africa, the Indian Ocean to Asia and the Americas. You can see the full picture across our destinations, and if somewhere is not listed, ask us anyway.
Can you arrange flights, transfers and the wider logistics?
Yes. We shape the whole journey around you, including the routing, the timings and how each leg connects, so that everything flows as one.

What support do I have while I am away?
You travel with a single point of contact who knows your trip intimately, ready should plans shift or a table need moving. We stay close throughout the journey.
What happens if something changes during my trip?
We are there to help. Whether a flight moves or plans evolve on the ground, you have one team to call who can adjust things quietly on your behalf.
Can you plan honeymoons, celebrations and family trips?
