Why we love it

The magic, without the queues.

Walt Disney World is vast, and an unplanned day can be spent more in line than on the rides. A private VIP day changes that entirely. You are paired with a personal guide for the day, given front-of-line access on every attraction, and moved between the parks in the order that works, so you see far more and wait far less.

It suits families and the young at heart who want the wonder of Disney with the ease of a private arrangement: no map-reading, no second-guessing, no long waits in the Florida sun. Simply the best of the parks, beautifully orchestrated around your day.

The VIP service

What a private day feels like.

A VIP day takes the planning, the maps and the waiting off your hands. Your guide knows the parks intimately and shapes the day around your family: the rides you must do, the shows worth timing, and the order that means the least time in line and the most in the magic.

Front of the line

Straight onto every ride.

Your guide walks you to the front of the line on every attraction, so the day is spent on the rides themselves rather than waiting in the Florida sun.

A private guide, all day

One person, the whole day.

A single dedicated guide stays with your party from open to close, handling reservations, timings and transport between parks so you can simply enjoy it.

The right order

The parks, perfectly paced.

Rides, parades, character meals and shows are sequenced to flow, with the freedom to move between parks across the day as your guide sees the moment.

The little things

Every detail anticipated.

Transport, breaks, the best vantage points for fireworks and the quiet route back at the end of the night, all thought through before you arrive.

The four parks

One resort, four worlds.

Walt Disney World holds four distinct theme parks, each with its own character, plus two water parks for the hottest days. Your VIP day can take in one or move between several.

Magic Kingdom

The classic at the heart of it all, with the castle, the parades and the rides that started it: a first day for most families.

EPCOT

A celebration of innovation and the wider world, with thrilling rides and the food and pavilions of its global showcase.

Hollywood Studios

Film and adventure brought to life, home to the most immersive lands and some of the boldest rides in the resort.

Animal Kingdom

Wildlife, lush landscapes and a sense of expedition, the gentlest in pace and the most beautiful to wander.

The table

The tables worth booking.

Some of the most sought-after experiences at Disney happen at the table: the character meals that delight younger children and the signature restaurants that surprise the grown-ups. The best of these book out far in advance.

We reserve them privately and ahead of time, from a hard-to-get character breakfast to a quiet signature dinner with a view of the fireworks, so the dining is as considered as the rest of the day.

When to go

Disney through the year.

Florida is warm year-round, but the season shapes the day: how hot it is in the queues, how busy the parks feel, and how far ahead to plan. The cooler, quieter windows are by far the most comfortable.

January to early March

Cooler, drier days and thinner crowds: the most comfortable window for long days in the parks.

Autumn

Warm but easing, with seasonal events and fewer queues outside the school holidays.

School holidays

The busiest and the hottest, beautiful for the atmosphere but best planned well ahead.

High summer

Hot, humid and within the wetter season, so we pace these days with care and well-timed breaks.

Atlas&Co. will advise on the best timing for your dates, your children's ages and the wider Florida trip.

Is it for you?

Who it suits beautifully.

Trip-pairing travellers

A bright, joyful leg that pairs beautifully with Miami, the Keys or the Everglades.

A gentle honesty: a VIP day is the most effortless way to do Disney, but the parks are still busy, lively places. If you are seeking quiet and seclusion, this is a different kind of holiday, and we will happily build the calmer days around it.

The wider journey

Where to pair it with next.

The days at Disney sit beautifully within a wider United States journey: the deco glamour of Miami, the turquoise water of the Florida Keys or the wild stillness of the Everglades.

Atlas concierge notes

A little private advice.

  • 01A private VIP guide pays for itself in time saved, especially with younger children in tow.
  • 02Three to five days lets you see each park without rushing, with a slower day in between.
  • 03Book the character meals and signature restaurants early; the best go months ahead.
  • 04Plan around the cooler months and avoid the school holidays for the easiest days.
  • 05Pair the parks with the Florida coast or the Keys for a balanced family trip.
