The process
From first word to the journey home.
A conversation
It begins with a few quiet questions. Where you have loved before, how you like to wake up, who is travelling and what this particular journey is for. We listen more than we lead, because the best itineraries are built on understanding rather than assumption. Share as much or as little as you like through our enquiry form and we will take it from there.
A considered proposal
We design, we do not search. Drawing on places we know personally and hotels we would happily check into ourselves, we shape a proposal with a clear sense of routing, pace and the stays that anchor it. You receive a thoughtful itinerary to react to, never a wall of options, so the decision feels easy rather than overwhelming.
Refine and confirm
Few first drafts are the final word, and we expect to refine. Perhaps a slower start, an extra island, a room with a particular view. We adjust until the journey feels unmistakably yours, then quietly arrange every element behind the scenes so that, once confirmed, there is nothing left for you to chase.
On the journey and beyond
The work does not end when you set off. You travel with a single point of contact who knows your trip intimately, ready should plans shift or a table need moving. We stay close throughout, and we love hearing how it felt when you are home, because that is where the next journey often begins.

What is included.
Every Atlas&Co. journey is planned end to end, which means the obvious and the easily forgotten are all held in one place. We arrange the hotels and the rooms within them, the order in which you travel and the connections between, the transfers that are simply there when you land, and the guides, tables and experiences that turn a good trip into a memorable one.

We believe trust begins with clarity, so we are open about how we are paid from the very first conversation. You will always understand the basis on which we work before anything is confirmed, and there are no hidden costs and no surprises along the way.
Our role is to act in your interest, to recommend the places we genuinely believe in and to be straightforward about everything else. How long does it take to plan a journey?
It depends entirely on the trip and how far ahead you are looking. Some journeys come together in a week, others are shaped slowly over many months. We are happy to move quickly when needed, and equally happy to take our time. The earlier we begin, the more of the very best stays we can hold for you.
How are your fees structured?
We are clear about how we are paid from the outset, before anything is confirmed, and there are no hidden costs. Once we understand the shape of your journey we will explain it plainly, so you always know where you stand.
Do you only plan luxury travel?
We plan considered travel, which usually means beautiful hotels and thoughtful detail rather than the loudest names. Our focus is on getting the feeling right, choosing places with character and making the whole journey feel effortless, whatever its scale.
Can you book flights as part of the journey?
We shape the whole journey around you, including the routing, the timings and how each leg connects. Tell us how you like to travel and we will weave the wider logistics into the itinerary so that everything flows as one.
