Why we love it
Namibia is stark and cinematic, from the dunes of Sossusvlei to the Skeleton Coast.
We shape the journey around the season, the right places to stay and the way you like to travel, pairing it beautifully with a Cape Town stay where it suits.

Sossusvlei
The towering red dunes of the oldest desert on earth, at their most cinematic in the low light of dawn. Sossusvlei pairs the climb up Big Daddy and the ghostly trees of Deadvlei with some of the most design-led lodges in the country.
- Dawn at the dunes
- Deadvlei's dead trees
- Big Daddy and Dune 45
- Sesriem Canyon
- A scenic flight
- The night skies

The Skeleton Coast
A wild, fog-bound shore where the dunes run down to a cold Atlantic, scattered with shipwrecks and whale bone. The Skeleton Coast is Namibia at its most remote and otherworldly, reached by light aircraft and explored from a handful of singular camps.
- The shipwrecks
- Roaring dunes
- The Cape fur seal colony
- Desert-adapted wildlife
- A coastal flight
- The clay castles

Damaraland
A vast, sculpted wilderness of red rock and dry riverbeds, home to desert-adapted elephant and the rare black rhino. Damaraland rewards the patient traveller with rock art at Twyfelfontein and tracking on foot with expert local guides.

- Black rhino tracking
- Twyfelfontein rock art
- The Petrified Forest
- Damara culture
- The Brandberg

Etosha
A shimmering salt pan so vast it can be seen from space, ringed by waterholes where the game gathers in the dry season. Etosha is Namibia's classic safari: lion, elephant, rhino and great herds drawn to the water under enormous skies.

- Dry-season game
- Black rhino
- Great herds
- Birdlife

Windhoek
The compact, easy-going capital where most journeys begin and end, set high on the central plateau. Windhoek pairs a relaxed first or last night with a private reserve on its doorstep, a gentle way to start or close the trip.
